About the Grand River

The Grand River is built the old way — solid log white pine walls, traditional interior framing, iron roof, and foam-insulated floor and ceiling. It comes off the truck fully wired and plumbed, with your choice of hookup — on-grid or off-grid solar.
The optional porch adds 9 ft of covered outdoor space, and the screened room at the front creates a perfect year-round entry. The floor plan is thoughtfully designed — every inch is working space.

No permanent foundation required — place on a gravel pad and relocate if needed
